  • Unlimited on site engineer visits - if incidents are unable to be resolved remotely.
  • Server Managment - administration of all servers in your organisation
  • Monthly Healthchecks - of all systems in your organisation
  • Upgrades & Planning - free advice on future work and upgrades needed.

Our service level agreements for all incidents raised with us are as follows:

  • 15 minute response to all support requests
  • 4 hour resolution target to support requests
  • 8 hour onsite target when faults are identified as non-repairable remotely
